Story 1 |
Update - 20/10/06
Well the first Darkbattle story is finished but I'm sorry to say over the past month and a half I've been far too busy with school work to even think of writing more of the second, at the moment it lays in several parts around my room. It is roughly over half finished. Unfortunately I severely doubt it will get any attention off me in the next couple of months either as the work load for coursework etc has taken a sharp rise.
A small addition of good news though, I will be posting up a sample section from the start of the sequal story near the start of Round 10.

About The DarkBattle Story
The Darkbattle Story was originally thought up almost a year and a half ago now, several rounds in. The original planning did not get very far and eventually the idea was given up, until a few months later when I decided to pick the idea up again as a project over summer.
Taking some of the original ideas and blending them with some new thinking I worked for the next year creating the story you see before you now. A lot of hard work and dedication has gone into the work, so I hope you will all enjoy it and even take a moment to comment on the work after you have read it.
Story 1
The story tells a tale of how mankind ventures into the unknown in the hope of prosperity from the loss of others, however the original plan to literally steal an alien planet soon backfires resulting in a chaotic and emotion packed finale.
To tell you much more would not do justice to the story, so please, read and enjoy the twists and turns of the men and women of Earth and her colonies, and enjoy! ;)

Well it did say here until Andrew had a little editing to make it look pretty, updates are every following tuesday and saturday. One chapter will be put up each of those days.
As for story two...round ten if i get my ass in gear, but I don't like to rush things =P |
